FORMAL AND TIME CONSUMING AS COMPANY TO CONSUMER BUYING PROCESS.IT INVOLVES FOLLOWING PROCESS.
*NEED RECOGNIZATION:-Organizational buying process starts with identification of need in the orgn.A need arises due to several cause when the socks of product rich at minimum level the organizational needs to buy the product to avoid being out of stock.similarly need arises due to the development of new product in the market and expansion of orgn. activities.
*PREPARING PRODUCT SPECIFICATION:- After identifying the specific need the detail specification product requirement is prepare with the help of technical ,personals or a commite such a detail product specification includes require quantity ,quality level,price,design etc. of the product to be purchased.
*SEARCH FOR SUPPLIER:- In this stage the purchase commite of the orgn.tries to identify the potential supplier for the require product.regularly purchase items are usually purchased from the regular supplier..
In case of new product requirement the purchases commite can search through traded directories , product advertisement ,internet etc.
*INVITING PROPOSALS:- In this stage the orgn . invites the proposal from the potential suppliers regarding the supply of product ,such proposal contact information of price,quantity ,mode of payment, delivery time,and other necessary terms and condition of sales.
*EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS AND SELECTION OF SUPPLIERS:- In this stage the purchase commite carefully evaluates on the proposal submit by the potential suppliers proposals are evaluated with the help of technical committee on the basis of certain criteria such as product quality ,price ,repotation of suppliers,their financial position ,technical capability etc. after that the committee selects the supplier from which it has to purchase the require products.
*POST PURCHASE BEHAVIOR :-In this stage actual performance of product is evaluated on the basis of the specification .if the performances is not satisfactory the orgn. does not make repeat order.
