DIRECTIONS FOR USING GANODERMA
1.DOSAGE DIRECTIONS:-
*To maintain health: initial dose,take one capsule before breakfast,and before going to bed. after fifteen days ,onces a days is sufficient..
*Patient with rheumatism,trachetitis,or pain,should take twice a day,before breakfast and dinner,untill the symtoms disappear,after that,once a day is sufficient,may be taken whenever there is pain.
*Seriously diseased patients with hepatosis ,cancer,diabetes,apoplexy,should take more than three times per days. 1-2 capsules each time,if needed,1-2 capsules may be taken 4-5 times per day.
*Since many people have a sensitive stomach,it is better to take the ist bottle after meals,after the ist bottle ,take it 30 minutes before meals.
CAUTIONS
*Ganoderma is a natural food which can be taken with kinds other of drugs.
*In the morning after using it, u should take a slow jog or a brisk walk to warm up the body,u may take deep breaths to get some fresh air,and to supply the body with more oxygen ,improving circulation and the metabolism
*Eliminate once a day.
*Avoid foods rich in animal fat,fried foods,salty,canned foods,caffeine and spicy foods,eat more fruits and vegetables and lean meats.
