MODERN GOAL FORMULATION PROCESS
In actual practice goal formulation is not as simple as mentioned by the traditional ,organizational members and outside forces also influences over the goals ,which the organization pursues,hence ,two models of goals formulations will be examined here to provide a clearer understanding of the basic processes involved,ist models deals with external forces affecting goal formulations ,the second by deals principally with internal forces,later both external and internal forces will be compared than can affect the goals of an organizations.
