Among all the various mind that we see in people only mind which has attained (samadhi)meditation ,perfect concertration is the highest. a person who has attained certain powers,through medicines or through words (mantra) or through modifications, still has desires but they who has attained yoga through concertration is alone free from all desires.

yoga is an immensely rich and highly complex spiritual tradition .it comprises of many great approaches,schools,teachers and technical vocabularies. in view of it's sheer versatility and long history of nearly three thousand years.
Yoga must be counted as world's foremost tradition of psychos'ritual transformation .yoga is one of the most remarkable accomplishments of human ingenuity .yoga is awhole way of life lived in the light if that pure being consciousness to manifest itself in and through us .
yoga is ist clearly spoken off in the story(katha,upanished),which was probably composed in the 5th and 6th century b.c .this work propounds what is called meditation yoga the yoga of the innermost self by which the stage may come to know the great god hidden in the care of the heart.the word yoga is derived from the verbal root"yuj" meaning to yoke harness.it has a wide range of applications in the sanskrit language from union to team to sum to equipment to conguaction and so forth.earlier it was also applied to spiritual endeavor,specifically the central of mind.

There are four main path of yoga:
*karma yoga*bhakti yoga*jana yoga*raja yoga
Karma yoga:-The yoga of action is the path chosen primarily by those and outgoing nature ,it purifies the heart by teaching you to act selfleasly by detaching yourself.
