WHAT IT TAKES:
Theprofessioanl bartender must be great deal more than a dispenser of drinks .he or she must ,of course,know the business and the commodities which are for sale.
The bartender is responsible for the bar and its equipement-and sometimes for the cellar and storerom as well.they must be kept clean,attractive ,hygienic and safe.the bartender also has to deal face to face with the customers and to do that well must be an expert,a psychologist ,a salesperson,a performer and a host .
